The license
The Moon Journey app, made by Aarsh Innovations LLC, is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA). Those terms apply in full, together with the few below.
The flights are simulations
Every flight in Moon Journey is a computed simulation of a mission to the Moon and back, worked out from physics and from published data. No real rocket is launched, and no real spacecraft or crew is followed. The app's How this is worked out page says what is calculated, what is measured and what is filled in.
Not affiliated with NASA
Moon Journey is not affiliated with NASA and is not endorsed by it. Imagery is courtesy of NASA, the US Geological Survey and the US Department of Agriculture; spacecraft models are courtesy of NASA.
The purchase
The countdown, the launch and the climb to orbit are free. Continue the Journey is a one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription. It covers the rest of the flight you are on and every flight you start after it, on the Apple Account you bought it with, and it can be shared through Family Sharing.
Purchases are made and billed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
